It Takes a Village Hub, based in Canterbury, New Zealand, is a volunteer-run charity that provides children, from birth to the age of 5, from families in material hardship and poverty with bundles of needed goods. Each bundle is tailormade to the family’s needs and can include such items as clothing, shoes, hats, bedding, feeding items, toys, books, and consumables such as nappies, wipes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, body wash, etc. They can also include larger items such as cots, car seats, bassinets, baths, change tables, and more.

On Good Deeds Day, they will be hosting a sorting day, as 99% of donations come from the community and need to be sorted into sizes and pass their dignity standard. They will also be making up bundles to send out to the families.
