1. On a weekly or biweekly basis organize a melting pot dinner. Invite 5-8 members of your organization/company and 5-8 beneficiaries (refugees, foreigners, or other newcomers of the community)
2. Pick a menu and get cooking! Everyone can prepare their dishes separately before-hand and bring them, or you can prepare the meal together. We suggest putting together a menu that encompasses different dishes that your guests will be able to teach you how to make, while also being able to share the cultural significance behind the food

   • Dig and turn over.

1. Sign up to become a volunteer at the Crisis Text Line. 
2. Register for a 30h course and become a crisis counselor. Crisis Counselors commit to volunteering 4 hours per week until 200 hours are reached.  
3. Upon completion, you can start counseling from anywhere in the world.  

Organize a Health Fair in your community

1. Decide which location you will choose (park, sports center, beach, etc.)
2. Call NGOs from your network to join with a stand that will make their work visible
3. Schedule the day
4. Organize a Zumba class
5. Think of visually appealing games about volunteering

Give away Eco Filters to vulnerable communities

1. Contact an NGO that donates filters in your region
2. Identify an educational institution for children and adolescents or a vulnerable community that does not have drinking water.
3. Contact a sponsor who is willing to finance water filters.
